A habit that makes you a better version.  Habit is like a  character because character decides us but habit makes us better to lead a good character and good life. OK, we all have good and bad habits that show us as characters.   Usually, everyone has a bad habit. It's not a bad thing but if we change that it will even make your life very essential. At Most everyone knows a habit can change in 21 days, but it takes 66 days for long-lasting changes. Usually, some of the universities examined that new habits can be learned in 18 to 254 days. So everything is a very usual thing that we can change well and break a habit in a simple manner. Even for a habit, 3’Rs are there, you can even learn from these in websites and books. But I am here to share this in simple and my own views.

10 Steps to change a bad  Habit while learning a new habit at the same cost:


Step1: Decide for yourself to change.

Yes,1st think to yourself what you have the bad habits and what you don't have good habits. Then it’s time to change buddies. Wake up soon for the changes in your prestigious life.


Step2: steady up with your mind.

Yup! Steady your mind 1st, bad habits like you have, Eg., always using phones, addicted to something, gaming, drugs, etc…. Come across all these and choose to learn a new habit while leaving a bad habit.


Step 3: Guys, Are you ready?

1st day whatever the bad habits do it never leaves a bad habit at a very easy stage. You will do it for 2 days but after that again you start a bad habit. so please don’t think that hereafter I will not do it, after a couple of days itself you again start to continue the habit so please be aware of this friends. on the 1st day, use that bad habit for your happiness, learn a few minutes of good habits. Because You should not do bad habits for the next 2 days. 


Step 4: Learn the good habit instead of the bad habit.

Yes, for the next 2 days you're not going to do the bad habit, so you will get bored so at the time try to learn the good habit for a few minutes and take a nap, which will be very useful to forget a habit which you want to leave. After 2 days you'll be very happy to do the bad habit for the next 2 days.


Step 5: The brain will trigger you.

Of course, your brain will be happy for 2 days or again you are going to leave a bad habit for the next 4 days. Now your mind will get triggered to do the bad thing but please do some meditation at the time. You will get some self-control. So do it for 4 days, and do that good habit as well. Again after 4 days of leaving a habit, do it for 3 days but you should not use the habit for the next 8 days. 

 

Step 6: Depression, Anger, and anxiety

This is the most important stage for leaving a habit. At that time do some meditations, learn books, surf the net, go outside, spend your time with family, Learn that good habit too. So please be very conscious and control your mind. Be happy friends 


Step 7: come out of Anger, depression

HURRAH, after 8 days I am going to do that thing enthusiastically but u will feel less interested in that bad habit. The basic thing in every human's life


Step 8: Feel some happiness in yourself

Feel happy for less interested inhabits so you feel very peaceful with learning a good new habit. Multiples these steps, un till your toxic habits.


Step 9:  Happiness at the core!

Satisfied in a peaceful way, a better version of yourself can see in you. 


Step 10: Follow all these steps for a better life!!
