Meditation:

  This is a refreshing process. Through this, we have the power to transform our lives, for sure! We usually do this with our eyes closed and then we finish the meditation by saying Om three times. By doing pranayama and meditation we will definitely get a relationship bond not only in the world but globally with us. The headlines I have written so far are the ones that need life in some way. It's just like meditation and pranayama. By doing this we can make use of this small change in our lives that we can achieve in our lives and change our lives.

Meditation

My experience on pranayama and meditation on my school days: 

I learned during my school i.e. my high school days. My school name is Maharishi Vidya Mandir and the main focus of this school is yoga and meditation. This school has branches all over the world. Our school will start doing yoga at 8am and then finish yoga and meditation at 8:45. Then, meditate for 5 minutes before eating a midday meal. This is my favorite asana savasana for my friends, we make fun of that asana. But as long as a thing or an object is always with us we will not know its awesomeness. It’s like now that season to get back to yoga and that meditation. Then while meditating and doing yoga the mind was all about sadness, self-restraint, physical flexibility, the joy of the mind. Let us meditate daily before studying. But it has been 5 years since I left yoga and now its significance is understood. 


Meditation and its spirituality: 

When meditating you get a bond with this universal rather than claiming to be God. Science tells us that if we tell the world what we want, it will definitely be available to us. I am saying a little less about meditation and spirituality. I know about this and am saying more.

Uses of meditation that change your life:


Stress: 

  Now everything is stressful from a young age i.e. a 7 to 10-year-old. The reason for this is our community, from which our parents care about our lives because they unknowingly put some kind of mental stress on the students. Meditation is definitely used as a form of yoga to control stress. 


Anxiety and depression: 

Anxiety and depression can be said to be the solution to meditation in a way. Anxiety may not be the time to film if we are mainly busy, but meditation will shake our hands.


Body flexibility:

Definitely, body flexibility can be gained through this. We definitely get physical flexibility while working out at home and doing yoga.

 

Inner peace:

  This is a wonderful thing. It's less than everyone else. You can definitely feel this while meditating. When the mind is happy, we will be refreshed and happy for no reason. It’s a joy that comes automatically. Happiness is different from happiness for inner peace. 


Self-worth: 

Usually, we learn to get this when we develop a joy and learning ability when we do good things. It's like we're definitely a rare people when we learn meditation. We know the difference between a meditating mind and a non-meditating mind.


Self-control:

This is very important for life. I feel good about this now because we get this when we meditate, and when we leave meditation our values, self-control, self-worth are all a little less. You will automatically feel this when you do meditation for 1 week or 2 weeks.


Self-evaluation: 

You know yourself as I said by meditating.


Concentration:

When we meditate, we keep thinking about God, or something. Whenever you meditate, you get this in everything you do.


Positivity:

We will definitely feel this when we meditate because when it comes to the positive, the air around us will feel very clean. Having a belief in ourselves, we instill confidence in others and we spread it to everyone as if the environment itself is a belief.


Focus: 

Attention is very important and meditation can be said to be a way to bring this about.


So, guys, meditation can be a part of changing your life. Happily, we will be positive. Do a 15-minute daily meditation and pranayama, not just to earn money in your life, to say success is to spend 15 minutes for yourself, happy inner self.


Meditate and be happy.
