Usually in India, we have one proverb: Food is medicine. Absolutely right!  Food is another level of enjoyment in our life. So as much as we have to enjoy our lives, remember that even sweets are also poisonous in excess. So intake your foods with limits.

Home Indian Dishes, continental foods, Sea-foods, Chinese, Italian, European, Japanese, Organic Foods, shells seafood like in the way we have so many around our world.

Friends, Like a journey around the world to experience our lives we have to taste different kinds of foods when we are young itself, travel around the world and eat around the different world. You must try these to enhance your taste. We can use Herbs, organics fish, organic foods

Like this, there are so many leaves we can use, and live in good health. So just explore even food too, Taste different kinds and Enjoy as much as you can. In South India, Tamil Nadu we eat our foods on banana leaves to increase food taste and increase our lives by eating. Around the world, each and everyone has traditions in food. Do more kinds of food even in your home. Learning those kinds of traditions is also a way to increase and leads to positivity. In Mangalore, we used to eat through turmeric leaves which we steamed with the Tasteness of turmeric. Mangalore, Mumbai is totally different from, As we lived, we learned those traditions and different foods. As you eat good and healthy foods, Stay long life and enjoy your way. As I know these, I shared a few about foods here, I'll post most deeply when I learn. I am happy to share what I learned and post it here.
