For me, hard work and smart work are one thing. But in it, we say spending time on performance, efficiency, process, productivity, foresight, hard work, and smart work. Every human being is different. Depending on that we can easily say that they did smart work if they succeeded in ease. There is thinking that if we work smart we will succeed in it very easily. But hard work is essential even if you work smart. How hard is it at smart work? You have a 50% hard work share in doing smart work. There are pros and cons to hard work and smart work. If you know it, you will easily correct those mistakes and move forward in life. The hard work of the old technology in our time period that exists now is that we adhere to it because there is more competition in any one domain in our world. It is our uniqueness and smart work that we use to be able to conquer the field. That’s why everyone claims to work smart. But it will also give us a hand only if we put our effort into smart work. In hard work, we have to persevere. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like but ain’t for me either. Thus even if they take a subject there is a focus only on that subject. They will focus on this without even looking at the mistake they are making. This is where the first step to their success and failure comes into play.
Over-Thinking:
Those who put in hard work may have more thoughts. That is why they are easily wasting time. So they may experience stress, depression, and anxiety.
Timings:
These are the ones who time easily. If you are one of those people who spend time thinking about something, it's a kind of wasting time without planning for success. Time is very important for people who think they can achieve and they will not spend a single minute in vain. It is best to set a time plan.
Things they made hard:
For those who put in hard work, more thinking, wasting time, making a thing too hard. So their success will be somewhat delayed. Apart from this where we go wrong, they can easily succeed if the project is reviewed daily.
Avoiding Small wins:
They do not think to celebrate even the smallest success. They will fail to find pleasure in anything but success. They will not participate in anything,
Not Finding Shortcuts:
An important difference between those who work hard and those who work smart is the shortcut. This is a bit too low for those who put in hard work. They do not look for shortcuts. They will be wasting time and wasting time because they have to do it completely.
But friends do not forget that smart work always involves hard work.

They end up doing a job smart instead of trying rather than working hard. For example, those who take a topic and read it in advance on Youtube, learn it, and easily understand it while reading the book will save time. This is what smart work is all about

They have less thinking, so they can easily succeed. They have a lot of ideas to achieve but they do not implement them. Without doing so, they will continue to accumulate success if they keep trying. If you have a good business idea it is better to write it down and try to implement each one.
Time Seizing:
They use very little time because they want to finish a subject easily, they spend their time properly and act accordingly. Because time is of the essence these people are the ones who think to cut down on thought and succeed easily.
Things they make organized and well-planned:
This is the most important thing, it applies to all, for example when we read and plan the plan when we think that a job should be completed in this time plan, or use it to achieve our goals. They are the winners when it comes to doing this. These are people who think they can easily finish a subject. So they would only resort to this as a last resort. It will not be for those who put in hard work because they have to work and finish perfectly. These are the friends who can succeed easily but can only succeed if they have that uniqueness.
